Services offered

Wash-Mate.com is offering Self-service laundry and drying.

The process of the service delivery to the customer

Wash-Mate.com customer is following these steps:
1st He selects an Available machine;
2nd He selects a program.
3rd He makes the payment.
4th After the payment has been made a machine is "Ready to start".
5th When a customer has loaded the laundry into the machine, added the detergents and closed the doors, he pushes the "Start" button and service begins.

Payment process (Payment terms)

All payments are made via Wash-Mate.com website by any device that can handle this process (like smartphones, tablets or even laptops).
Usualy customer is making th payment at the laundry room, when he is ready to do the laundry.
For payment customer must have a VISA, Mastercard or Anerican Express debit/credit card that is registered for internet payments.

Reponsibility

You agree to indemnify and hold Wash Pal and its officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

Your use of the Services or services or goods obtained through your use of the Services;

Refund policy

To receive a refund, send a copy of the payment document from your bank or Paypal account, including the Transaction or Payment ID, and a screenshot from your wash-mate.com account to:

No refund will be given on wash-mate.com balances of less than €5.00. Refunds will incur an administration charge of €3.00 that will be deducted directly from the refund value. Refunds will be made using the payment method used for purchase. Refunds will not be processed for any free credit. Any unused credit will expire 12 months after the date of purchase.

Customer service terms

The customer has all the necessary information on the website. However, if you need to reach us, go to “About Us” page. The customer can report the problem electronically by filling out a form on the website.

In case of a bug in a system or there is a problem with the service of equipment, Wash-Mate administrator can restart the washing machine remotely, or, if necessary, return funds to the customer by checking the information provided.

The right to refuse the purchase/sales agreement, procedures for the return and replacement of goods

A customer has the rights to claim about the service to us at any moment. If a customer will have a demand to refund the money for the service our team will process the provided information within 3-4 working days. The order of the service can be cancelled only before machine has been started. It caanot be stopped in the middle of washing process. Machine doors are blocked unlit the process is finished.

To provide an encoded data channel in the Internet we are using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.

Customer Data collection after the payments.

We do not store any customer card information.
After the payment we store customer e-mail address (if provided) and a location for paid service. If a customer is registered user, the e-mail address is linked with his profile where his name, last name, email address and "SMS to E-Mail" (if provided) is stored.

Data deletion policy

You should contact the organisation by email - [email protected] with a request to delete your personal data from Wash-Mate payment system.

To request for the data deletion You should send a request in writing because this will allow you to explain your complaint, give evidence and explain what you want to happen. You will also have clear proof of your actions, if you decide to challenge the organisation’s response. 

We will delete all your personal data that can recognize you in any way, that includes, your name, e-mail address, phone number, saved credit card details.

Wash-Mate App related terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Wash Pal SIA.

Wash Pal SIA is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

The Wash-Mate app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Wash-Mate app won’t work properly or at all.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Wash Pal SIA will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Wash Pal SIA cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.

 

If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.

Along the same lines, Wash Pal SIA cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Wash Pal SIA cannot accept responsibility.

With respect to Wash Pal SIA’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Wash Pal SIA accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.

At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android – the requirements for the system(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Wash Pal SIA does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
